Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Summary: The objective of this study is to determine the capability of platelet rich fibrin (PRF) associated with autogenous bone for grafting immediate peri - implant defect compared to autogenous bone alone . Twelve patients (6 male and 6 female) with unrestorable upper anterior teeth are extracted . These teeth are replaced using zimmer dental implant in 2 stages according to the length and width needed for suitable sockets
