The aim of this study was to determine the efficiency of two rotary Ni-Ti instruments (ProTaper and Revo-S) versus conventional instruments (Gates-Glidden drills combined with H-files), in the removal of root canal filling material using two different sealers; iRoot SP and Endofill. Sixty single-rooted teeth were used in this study. The teeth were decoronated, prepared using the ProTaper rotary system and obturated using the lateral compaction technique
