Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Summary: The aim of this study is clinical and radiographic evaluation of calcium sulfate and platelet - rich plasma (CS- PRP) as an osteionductive material used for right preservation after extraction of lower anterior teeth . Conclusion : From the results of the current study we concluded that CS- PRP is ridge preservation graft biomaterial by it's ability to decrease loss in both ridge height and density after tooth extraction
