Olecranon fractures are common injuries of the proximal ulna following low energy trauma . The aim of fracture treatment is restore early , active , albow motion and function . In the current study twenty patients twelve males and eight females with different patterns of fracture olecranon have been include . Patients were identified according to type of fixation five methods were used in this study
