Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Dermatology and Venerology Summary: Objectives : to compare the personality profile anxiety and sexual satisfaction in normal volunteers and patients with Erectile Dysfunction (ED) treated with Sildenafil Citrate and those treated with Intracorporeal Injection (ICI) home therapy . Conclusion: Anxiety is lower in patients treated with ICI compared to patients treated with Sildenafil Citrate . While no significant difference was found upon comparing the personality profile five dimensions Psychoticism (P), Neuroticism (N) Extraversion (E) Lie scale (L) and Criminality (C)
