The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of using a program based on the theory of multiple intelligences on developing listening and speaking skills of prospective teachers of English in Qena faculty of Education. Tools of the study include a teaching program based on Multiple intelligences approach, checklists of listening and speaking skills, needs assessment of the skills and subskills of listening and speaking skills, and pre-posttest of listening and speaking skills
