We clinically and radiographically compared autogenous versus xenografts ( Biogen : Bioteck S.p.A., Italy ) Patients and methods 12 implants were immediately placed following mandibular molar tooth extraction , of which 6 received autogenous bone collected during the drilling process (Control group)
