ECHXT : 0.01 % EDTA , 0.01 % CHX and 6 % Triss buffer , ENaOCI used separate dressing gel 2.5 % NaOCI / 18.6 EDTA gel and ECHX (used separate dressing gel 18.6 % EDTA and 17 % CHX gel)
