Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Radio-diagnosis Summary: This study entails evaluation of 25 female patients who were suspected to have endometriosis / adenomyosis for MRI evaluation . Their ages were ranging between 21 and 50 years . Their main complaints were infertility (36% of cases) pelvic pain (40% of cases) and irregular uterine bleeding (24% of cases). MRI proved the presence of endometriosis / adenomosis in 20 out of 25 cases (80%)
