The efficacy of electro physical therapy agents (IR laser diode 904 nm , PUS and combination of both) were evaluated in fifty seven patients (5 female and 52 male) with chronic knee OA patients of age ranged between (40 to 60 years) with mean age 52 years . Patients were selected according to clinical examination and were divided into three groups
