It could be managed via several mechanisms of actions as antifolates heat shock protein inhibitors and signal transduction inhibitors . Many literature reports have showed that pyrimidines 2- thioxopyrimidines and fused pyrimidines can display an anticancer activity through one or more of the above listed modes of action
