The aim of this study was to assess the effect of low grade intensity laser on bone qaulity and quantity around an immediately loaded dental implant through evaluating the changes in the peri-implant bone density and height using cone beam computed tomography. All patients received two dental implants, of 13mm length and 3.7 width, attached to a ball-attachment abutment to retain a mandibular overdenture
