Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Physical Therapy - Department of Physical Therapy for Cardiopulmonary and eriatrics disorders Summary: Objectives: To evaluate the effec of inspiratory muscles trainer (IMT) on inspiratory muscles strength cardiac muscle function regarding left ventricular ejection fraction and quality of life in patients with congestive heart failure . Result: There was a statistically difference in maximal inspiratory pressure left ventricular ejection fraction and quality of life scores that showed improvement in patients in both control and study group but this improvement was high statistically significant in study group
