Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Nursing - Department of Nursing Science Summary: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a comprehensive nursing documentation training program for staff nurses on their documentation skills at Cairo University Hospitals . The study sample included 22 nurses , 19 female and three male . Five patients records were evaluated for each nurse who participated in the program for each auditing time , a total of 110 files were audited each time for the 22 nurses
