The aim of this study is to assess adrenomedullin level in SLE patients with nephritis compared with those without nephritis and healthy controls, and to correlate AM level with disease activity of SLE. Serum adrenomedullin, assessed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), was evaluated in 60 SLE patients (their mean age of 27.7 ± 8.25 years), and in 20 age and sex matched healthy controls
