From nutritional point of view some plants can be a significant source of micronutrients and antioxidants (AO) . Parsley curly (petroselinum crispum) (P) and coriander (coriandrum sativum) (C) for instance are of remarkable level of nutritive value among several other green leafy plants. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of aqueous extracts of parsley and coriander on the occurrence of oxidative stress not only in vitro but also in vivo
