Hepatobiliary involvement in patients with cell disease is multifactorial and ranges from benign hyperbilirubinemia to potentially fatal fulminant hepatic failure. This study aimed at describing the clinical laboratory and ultrasonographic abnormalities of the hepatobiliary system among Egyptian children with sickle cell diseaseThe study included 70 sickle cell disease patients aged 2 to 18 years (34 males and 36 females)
