Background and purpose : Nitric oxide is an important messenger molecule involved in many physiological and pathological processes within the body .The aim of this study was done to determine the response of nitric oxide to acute exercise in smokers versus non smokers . Conclusion : So moderate exercise is better than intensive exercise especially for smokers to increase nitric oxide
