In clinical situation where intermittent antibiotic is used, microbial biofilm are subjected to decreasing concentration of the drug. So experimental exposure of Candida biofilm in vitro to constant level of antifungal drugs does not reflect the true clinical situation in vivo. Mature biofilms of C. albicams and C. tropicalis were exposed to constant and exponentially decreasing concentration of amphotericin-B (AmB) in vitro pharmacokinetics model
