Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Summary: The aim of this study is to compare cervical length measurement using the transvaginal ultrasound and Bishop's Score to predict successful labor induction at term pregnancies in primigravidae with rupture of membranes . There was a statistically significant good positive correlation between modified Bishop Score and success of induction of labor (p<0.0001) and a statistically significant good negative correlation between cervical length measured by TVS and success of induction of labor
