The objective of this study was to evaluate the outcome and complications of two different approaches to varicocele treatment ; subinguinal microsurgical approach using a loupe with a magnifying power of 6 X (group 1) and subinguinal sclerotherapy technique (group 2) . One hundred and seventeen patients were randomly assigned to the two treatment modalities
