This study represent the experience of two centers of excellence in laparoscopic surgery (Cairo University Hospital in Egypt and San Bassiano Hospital in Italy) with transperitoneal laparoscopic anderson-hynes pyeloplasty that was performed on 82 patients (42 females and 40 males). The mean age was 38.8 years (range 15-76 years), The mean total operative time was 197.86 minutes
