in this work, endophytic bacteria were isolated from some wild plants; Imperata cylindrical, Rumex vesicariu, Suaeda monoica, Triticum aestivum and Zygophyllum spp. grown in highly salt-affected soil. According to cultural, morphological and physiological characteristics as well as their BIOLOG GN2 Microplate analysis, the isolated endophytes were identified as Pantoea agglomerans
