The research aims at interpreting the relation between psychological energies and emerging environments , path network particularly , with the purpose of developing a new planning language to help in redefining the practice of community design and participation , completely . Every day , people practice energy transformation processes in different arrangements of needs , feelings , and environments , but current planning languages do not fully utilize the immanent psychological energies within people
