Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is an inherited disorder characterized by bilaterally enlarged cystic kidneys without dysplasia . Te two major forms autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease (ARPKD) and autosomal - dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) have significant overlap in clinical presenttion and radiographic features . His descriptive study was designed to assess the clinical phenotypes of Egyptian infants and children wirh PKD presenting to Cairo University center of pediatric nephrology and transplantation as a referral center
