Nanoporous anodic alumina templates are fabricated following the one - step anodization at room temperature and low voltage . The acid used for fabricated these nanoporous anodic alumina templates is phosphoric (H₃PO₄)

The objective of the present work is to study anodizing and characterization of nanoporous aluminum oxide films on high purity and commercial Aluminum substrate . Nanoporous anodic alumina templates are fabricated following the one - step anodization at room temperature and low voltage .
