Adipocytokine " Visfatin " is secreted from visceral adipose tissue , many metabolic functions were discovered for visfatin and it may have a role in producing type II D . M in obese males . Visfatin was measured in four groups : obese diabetic , lean diabetic , obese non diabetic and lean non diabetic , the level of visfatin was highest in obses diabetic males when compared to other groups
