Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of E.N.T Summary: A clinical study included 40 patients 24 females and 16 males ranged from 18 to 48 years with mean of 26.7 years . All underwent augmentation rhinoplasty using autoginous graft . They are divided into two groups each has 20 patients , group A had Columellar strut and group B had Sheen graft . We compare in this study the effect of Columellar strut and Sheen graft in increasing nasal tip projection
