A comparative analytical study was done between the QFT results among definite diagnosed tuberculosis patients . Before starting the tuberculosis treatment , QFT positive rate was 82.8% , while after receiving the anti - tuberculosis therapy (after 6 months) , QFT positive rate became 16% . When analyzing patients included at the beginning of the study , the specificity for QFN-G-IT - was 82.8%
