In these study zinc oxide nanostructure thin films synthesis using low-pressure microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition technique (LPMP-CVD). The deposited nanostructure zinc oxide thin films prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition have been interaction with pulsed Nd-YAG-laser (1064 nm, 197 m J) to study the variables effect of the irradiation on the morphology structure and physical properties of thin films
