Twenty male patients with moderate chornic obstructive pulmonary disease (FEV₁/FVC {u227A} 0.7 and FEV₁ {u227A} 80% of predicted and {u2265} 50% of predicted), their age ranged from 45 to 55 years old, and body mass index (20-24.9 kg/m²). The study lasted for 6 weeks included 18 sessions, 3 days per week with duration 20-30 min per session
