Enhancement of the physical properties of magnetoelectric nanocomposites to be more applicable / Salem M. Salem Gaballah ; Supervised M. A. Ahmed , Samiha T. Bishay , Ayman Ali

By: Contributor(s): Material type: TextTextLanguage: English Publication details: Cairo : Salem Mohamed Maher Salem Gaballah , 2013Description: 229 P. : charts , facsimiles ; 25cmOther title:
  • تحسين الخواص الفيزيائية لمتراكبات كهرومغناطيسية نانونية لجعلها أكثر تطبيقا [Added title page title]
Subject(s): Available additional physical forms:
  • Issued also as CD
Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Physics Summary: Citrarte-nitrate autocombustion was used for preparation of Cu₁-xCdxFe₂O₄ (0 {u2264} x {u2264}0.6) series and La₀.₆₇Sr₀.₃₃Mn₀.₉₈Co₀.₀₂O₃ nanocrystalline powders. XRD and HRTEM were employed for their characterization. Magnetic, dielectric, and thermoelectric properties have been studied. Hence, CU₀.₇Cd₀.₃Fe₂O₄ was chosen to be the ferrite phase for nanocomposite preparation in light of its superior physical properties
