Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Physical Therapy - Department of Physical Therapy for Cardiopulmonary and Geriatrics Disorders Summary: Forty obese women aged 25 - 35 years were included in the present study selected from outpatient clinic of elyomelwahed hospital at Cairo . Their body mass index ( BMI ) ranged between ( 30 to 34.9 kg / m2 ) . They were classified into two groups , each group consisted of twinty women , the first group was those on low - calorie diet with aerobic exercise ( 40 mint walking 3 time / week 60 - 90 % from predicted maximum heart rate )
