This is a cross - sectional study done on 40 patients with familial Mediterranean fever ( FMF ) diagnosed clinically and according to genetic mutation and they were followed - up at the Rheumatology Clinic , Specialized Cairo University Pediatric Hospital , the study aimed to investigate the correlation of MPV and splenomegaly as subclinical inflammatory markers of FMF patients at the attacks free period
