This study aimed to evaluate microhardness and wear resistance of three different glass - ionomer restorative materials which are conventional glass - ionomer , resin modified glass - ionomer and nano - filled glass - ionomer after different aging periods . A total of 90 glass - ionomer cylindrical specimens were divided into three groups ( 30 each ) according to the type of glass - ionomer conventionalglass - ionomer , Resin modified glass - ionomer and Nano - ionomer
