Methods , thirty volunteer patients (23 female and 7 male) suffered from fecal in continence and the patients were divided into two groups , group (1) fifteen patients received electrical stimulation while the group (2) underwent Sphincteroplasty and the treatment continued for three times per week for one month for the group (1)
