We did this study which was a retrospective study to determine risk factors and treatment outcomes among Egyptian patients who were treated at NEMROCK Faculty of Medicine Cairo University 1 st January 2005 till December 31 , 2011 . The study showed clear differences in risk factors as well as in the treatment outcomes among Egyptian patients
