Maximal aerobic power decline with advancing age . It is likely that the decrease in muscle mass and muscle strength in combination with reduced endurance causes reduced physical activity . Aim of the study: This study investigated the effect of 8 weeks of aerobic training on pain and quality of life in elderly females
