Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Tropical Medicine Summary: Objectives : To evaluate the diagnostic value of urinary trypsinogen 2 dipstick test in early diagnosis of post endocopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) pancreatitis . Results : Post ERCP pancreatitis was diagnosed in 6 (16%) of 37 patients . The sensitivity specificity positive predictive value and negative predictive value of urinary trypsinogen 2 dipstick test at 6 hours after ERCP were 100% , 97%, 86%,100% respectively
