Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Pediatrics Summary: Objectives : We evaluated results of blood pressure and echo parameters in children with CAH due to 21 - OH deficiency. Study design : this cross - sectional study included 53 children Bp echocardiographic left ventricular functions as well as growth parameters were compared to results of thirty healthy control children . Conclusion : Patients with CAH due to 21 hydroxylase deficiency can suffer from hypertension as well as affection of left ventricular functions
