Introduction : hepatitis C is a common infection in the Egyptian population, specially genotype 4. it is well recognized in many studies that hepatitis C chronic infection is associated with hypoplipidemia.Aim of the Work: The aim of the present work is to study relation between hepatits C virus infection and Child-Pugh classification and circulating lipids level including apolipoprotein B.
