Dendritic cells (DCs) which are derived from bone marrow progenitor cells serve as antigen presenting cells that play a major role in the initiation and maintenance of innate and adaptive immunity . Hepatitis C virus remains prevalent in patient receiving regular dialysis all over the world . It appears that the hemodialysis (HD) procedure per se can preserve patient from an aggressive course of HCV by reducing the virus load
