The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of selected bilateral training progeam on improving the function of upper extremities in stroke patients. methods: thirty stroke patients, aged from 45 to 65 years old were participated in this study. They were randomly assigned into two equal groups. Group 1 is a study group and was treated by selected bilateral training program combined with traditional physical therapy program for upper extremities
