In our study we studied the pattern of coronary artery disease in 30 diabetic and 30 non - diabetic patients using MSCT coronary angiography (CTA) . Their CTA data were reviewed their extent distribution and types of plaques and luminal narrowing as well as pericardial fat volume were evaluated and compared between different sexes
