The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different durations of wearing solid ankle foot orthoses on balance in children with spastic diplegia . Forty five spastic diplegic children with age ranging from 6 to 9 years from both gender participated in this study .Subjects were divided randomly into three groups (A, B, and C) ef equal number, fifteen patients each
