The study suggests a potential for using LED light at 670, 880 and 950 nm simultaneously and in combination with laser at 850 nm in the same head together with different types of drugs for acceleration of treatment of PHN . This study aimed at evaluating the effect of phototherapy using the previous wavelengths at the same time on PHM patients compared with PHN patients were treated with drugs only to reach the best results in pain relief
