The main purpose of this research is explain the idea of use it in fractional factorial design and give a practical case. To do so, we start by explaining the factorial design via models and assumptions. We move to explain the confounding and the terminology used. The theory of fractional factorial designs is introduced and explained. The case study for a data set from Elgmael central hospital is introduced and analyzed
