This is a comparative study between 3D-ultrasound and hysteroscopy and histopathological diagnosis carried on 50 patients complaining of perimenopausal bleeding in the age group between 41-50 yrs old. Three dimensional ultrasound is performed followed by hysteroscopy then diagnosis. From our study, hysteroscopy is the most sensitive and accurate in the diagnosis of all lesions
