In this thesis investigations concerning the growth and characterization of nano core shell materials through deposition of solutions of salts are presented: Fe₂O₃/TiO₂ , Fe₂O₃/SiO₂, TiO₂/SiO₂, SiO₂/TiO₂ (core/shell). The characterization of these materials using x-ray diffraction XRD and electron ray microscope TEM and infrared detection IR and thermal analysis surface area analysis using the nitrogen adsorption technique (BET) and pore size distribution was used
