Quantitative measurements comparing body surface potentials during pacemapping and spontaneous ventricular tachycardia / Ahmed Mohamed Eldamaty ; Supervised Adel Zaki , Khaled Sorour , Hussein Rizk

By: Contributor(s): Material type: TextTextLanguage: English Publication details: Cairo : Ahmed Mohamed Eldamaty , 2013Description: 162 Leaves : charts , facsimiles ; 25cmOther title:
  • استخدام القياسات الكميه للمقارنة بين رسم القلب التخطيطى الحثى و الضربات البطينيه التلقائية [Added title page title]
Subject(s): Available additional physical forms:
  • Issued also as CD
Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Cardiology Summary: We also attempted to study the correlation between the mean value of the arithmetic comparison metric used in comparing two signals and the diatance between the origin of these signals using ECG waverforms rather than integrals. In 10 matchings performed in 9 patients, there was an inverse correlation between the mean p resulting from matching two ECG signals of ectopic ventricular activation and the distance between them and a direct correlation between the mean MAD resulting from matching two ECG signals and the distance between these two signals
